- Chat Content: The text you submit in the chatbot is transmitted to Google's Gemini API for processing and response generation.
- Usage Metrics: Non-identifying usage information such as message counts to enforce the 50 messages per user per day limit.
- No Accounts: We do not require creating an account. We do not intentionally collect names, emails, or other identifiers unless you voluntarily include them in chat messages.
2. How We Use Information
- To deliver AI-generated responses and operate core functionality.
- To enforce daily usage limits and prevent abuse.
- To maintain and improve reliability and performance.
3. Processing by Google Gemini
Your chat content is sent to and processed by Google's Gemini AI. According to Google's policies, data submitted to Gemini may be used to improve their AI systems. Your use of the App therefore also constitutes your agreement to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies for Gemini.
4. Data Storage & Security
- We do not persist full conversation histories on our own servers. Temporary data kept for functionality is minimized and removed when no longer needed.
- We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information during transmission and temporary storage.
5. Internet Requirement
The App requires an active internet connection to function.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the App.
7. Your Choices
- You may stop using the App at any time. Because we do not run user accounts, uninstalling the App stops any further data collection.
- Do not include sensitive personal information in chat messages.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and revise the Effective Date above.
